16 Sixteen Cable Hat

Yarn: 2 balls of Rowan Kid Classic
Needles: Addi Turbo 16", US7
Size: the bigger size, co 88 st

While browsing for a hat pattern on Ravelry, I found this fantastic hat pattern called 16 sixteen cable hat by Circe aux Belles Boucles.

I was so happy to find this sweet little piece, especially after I became somewhat impatient after having browsed through over 400 (!) hat patterns before I got to this one. But oh boy, it was worth the search.

I am loving the wide, all over cables and it works so well with the yarn I used: Rowan Kid Classic. 

It was a pleasure to knit and it is such a delight to wear. 

I think this is one of the most stylish hats I have come across on Ravelry and I will make many more.

Searching for a knitted Trapper Hat

You guys, I am on the hunt for a stylish knitted Trapper Hat.

I have searched high on low on the net, but alas, I couldn't find one that is aesthetically pleasing to me. If you come across one, let me know!

We are moving to NYC in September and since winter can be very cold, I want a big huge bulky weight Trapper Hat!

Fingers crossed a pattern is out there or else I might have to design one myself.
